Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will lead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure optimal utilization of Salesforce capabilities to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities1. Solution Architecture

Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.

2. Development

Build custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.

3. Integration

Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.

4. Customization

Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, flows, reports, dashboards, and approval processes.

5. Code Review & Best Practices

Conduct and lead code reviews ensuring adherence to Salesforce standards and clean-code principles.

6. Maintenance & Support

Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support ongoing platform maintenance and upgrades.

7. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, tools, and best practices to enhance system capabilities.

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development/architecture experience
Strong experience with Apex classes, triggers, LWC, Aura components, and declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc)
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems
Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory), PD-II or Architect track (preferred)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and Git

Preferred Skills

Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies
Understanding of Salesforce security, compliance, and data governance
