Senior Salesforce Developer

As a Senior Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of experience, your role will be critical in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the Salesforce platform in Hyderabad, India. You will be responsible for supporting Salesforce SPIFF, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Sales Cloud with 500 users, and Slack Sales Elevate. Additionally, you will manage and mentor a team of one Salesforce Analyst and two Salesforce Developers to drive technical excellence and resolve business tickets effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the incoming ticket queue and delegate tasks within the team based on complexity. - Develop and customize solutions using Salesforce technologies like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. - Lead the team by providing guidance, technical training, and conducting regular code reviews. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure data integrity and security. - Work towards becoming a Salesforce Architect and provide thought leadership on platform efficiency and scalability. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs. - Proven experience in managing teams, handling complex projects, and improving testing processes. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce CPQ Specialist are preferred. In addition to the mentioned job requirements, the Preferred Experience includes: - Experience with Salesforce integrations (MuleSoft, external APIs) - Exposure to Agile development environment and DevOps/CI/CD tools for Salesforce.,
