Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Senior Developer at EY, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to determine business, functional, and technical requirements. You will be responsible for participating in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Your role will also involve customization and configuration of the Salesforce.com platform, as well as providing technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting. Additionally, you will be involved in continuous improvement efforts for application design and support. Key Responsibilities: - Meet with clients to determine business, functional, and technical requirements - Participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment - Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform - Develop and execute testing, training, and documentation efforts - Assist in the sales cycle as needed - Produce tangible deliverables such as requirements specifications, design deliverables, and project plans - Engage in continuous improvement efforts for application design and support - Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting - Review implementations done by less experienced developers and offer feedback - Mentor junior and mid-level developers and delegate tasks effectively - Communicate with client technical teams and business owners during design and implementation Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of total experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience working on Salesforce platforms - Salesforce certification as Salesforce Platform Developer I - Direct experience working on CRM projects for middle-market and enterprise-size companies - Knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration and object-oriented design patterns - Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing) - Experience with core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery - Familiarity with relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools - Proficiency in web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.) - Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM - Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills,
