What will you be doing at Atrium As a Sr. Salesforce developer, your role involves providing innovative solutions leveraging Salesforces Force.com capabilities and offering recommendations to support a rapidly growing organization. You will develop custom code using Visualforce, APEX, Java, and other technologies to create customized solutions that support business initiatives and processes. Implementing best practices, you will develop, refine, iterate, test, stage, and deploy maintainable technical solutions. Integration of Salesforce.com with other systems is also part of your responsibilities. Responsibilities include: - Acting as an application functionality and technology expert throughout the full life-cycle. - Owning applications and engaging in requirements elaboration and clarification with business analysis and end-user teams. - Involving in the architecture & technical planning process for new & existing features, and creating detailed designs in support of the requirements. - Developing logical and high-quality code meeting functional specifications and technical requirements for reusability, maintainability, and scalability when appropriate. - Documenting logical and deployment architecture & maintaining the development environment. - Establishing best practices around Salesforce.com solutions. - Ensuring technical consistency and stability within an application: performance, reliability, and maintainability. - Collaborating with on-site/off-site developers and performing hands-on Salesforce.com development (Apex, Visualforce, Force.com, SOQL, Triggers, Custom Objects, etc.). - Handling web services API integrations with other internal and 3rd Party systems. - Communicating risks and issues clearly to project stakeholders. Requirements for this role: - A BS degree or equivalent with 3+ years IT experience and at least 2+ years of experience in Salesforce.com architecture, design, and development OR any other object-oriented programming language. - Strong Object-Oriented Development Skills. - Proficiency in the Salesforce.com development environment, including custom objects, Apex, Visualforce, Force.com, IDE, Triggers, Migration Tools, Communities, and Web Service integration. - Excellent focus on Apex testing and governor limits. - Knowledge of additional technologies such as Java/J2EE, Oracle is a strong plus. - Salesforce Developer and Salesforce Admin Certification are a must. - Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Advanced Developer Certifications are a plus. - Demonstrating integrity and authenticity, effectively communicating and relating, managing relationships and expectations, creative problem-solving, taking initiative, and going beyond requirements are key attributes for success.
