Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - 8-12 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture. - Proven record of delivering enterprise-level Salesforce implementations. - Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Health Cloud preferred. - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows. - Knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security, and integration patterns. - Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps. - Strong leadership, mentoring, and analytical abilities. - Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical teams. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
