Senior Salesforce Architect

As a Salesforce Architect at Artemis ABA Inc., you will play a crucial role in providing end-to-end solutions using Salesforce and Salesforce products. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding the customer and the team to implement robust and scalable solution models using cost-effective and efficient tools and techniques. If you are passionate about architecting challenging projects and aspire to advance your career in the US market, this role is perfect for you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create architecture blueprints and solution design artifacts in technology consulting engagements. - Provide solutions to complex problems and architect challenging projects. - Identify and recommend Salesforce.com-based solutions, integration points, and related implementation architecture for business usage improvements, scalability, and performance. - Define technical best practices for implementation and ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture of the client. - Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and evaluate application performance bottlenecks. - Guide junior developers through code review, solution design, and training plans. - Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to perform Salesforce Opportunity analysis and recommend CRM solutions. - Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) using the latest Salesforce offerings. - Support Operational Teams during UAT and rollout phases. **Mandatory Skills:** - Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Salesforce Design and Implementation; 4+ years in architecture roles. - In-depth experience in Salesforce CRM and its end-to-end implementation process. - Experience in designing and developing software components with a strong service-oriented architecture and integration background. - Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, JavaScript, and XML. - Strong practical deployment knowledge of Salesforce Lightning UI, Visual Force, APEX APIs, and more. - Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills. - Salesforce Architect certifications are a must. **Desired Skills:** - Experience in the healthcare domain is an added advantage.
