Role Overview:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, broker relationships, and inbound lead management.
  • Client Engagement:

    Understand client requirements, conduct site visits, present tailored workspace solutions.
  • Solution Selling:

    Position managed office solutions as a value proposition by highlighting benefits such as flexibility, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closure:

    Drive the complete sales cycle from initial enquiry to contract finalization in coordination with internal teams.
  • Broker Management:

    Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers and consultants to drive a consistent flow of leads.
  • CRM & Reporting:

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and pipeline updates in CRM tools; generate periodic sales reports and forecasts.
  • Cross-functional Coordination:

    Collaborate with design, projects, legal, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate solution delivery.
