Senior Sales Manager – Real Estate

Location: Kharar/Mohali, Punjab
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week

Cascade Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed real estate company delivering high-quality projects and innovative spaces. We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with proven real estate experience to strengthen our sales team and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into successful closures.
• Manage and guide junior sales executives to ensure team performance.
• Conduct and coordinate site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular MIS updates to management.
• Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (mandatory).
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
