Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive business growth, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales and team handling
• Graduation is mandatory
