Job Description

Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, delivering premium customer service, and managing showroom sales operations to ensure a top-notch shopping experience. The role requires in-depth knowledge of jewellery products, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to sales targets and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by engaging with customers and understanding their needs.
  • Provide expert advice and product recommendations on gold and diamond jewellery, highlighting features, craftsmanship, and industry trends.
  • Develop lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and build a loyal clientele base.
  • Ensure proper and attractive showroom display standards and cleanliness of counters, maintaining an inviting environment for premium clients.
  • Manage inventory, monitor stock, and handle daily opening and closing records for relevant sections.
  • Conduct client handling for high-value sales and HNI/VIP customers, providing personalized consultations.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns, offering immediate solutions and exemplary service.
  • Support visual merchandising and organize promotional activities, events, or exhibitions as required.
  • Provide support to the showroom in the form of field marketing for generating leads or promoting upcoming events or exhibitions.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and customer records, submit to senior management, and support training and development initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in gold/diamond/Gemstone jewellery sales with a minimum of 3-4 years required for senior positions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of jewellery products, gemstones, and market trends.
  • Ability to engage high-net-worth clients and manage large-value transactions with professionalism.
  • Teamwork orientation, integrity, and adherence to company standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during holiday seasons as required.
  • Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail software.
