Job Opportunity: Sales Executive – Aspire Project, Lucknow

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome customers during site visits and help them choose the right property.
• Talk to families, investors, and NRIs to understand their needs and explain how Aspire can meet them.
• Do field visits, site presentations, and local networking.
• Use our CRM system to manage leads and keep track of interactions.
• Achieve

  3–4 sales every month

  by following up with leads.
• Represent Aspire’s values: trust, honesty, and customer-first approach.

What We Expect From You

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (apartment sales preferred).
• Good understanding of Lucknow’s market, especially Gomti Nagar & Extension.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable using a computer and CRM tools.
• Must have your own vehicle for site visits.
• Friendly and able to build relationships easily.
• Able to work with the team and follow instructions from the Sales Manager.
