Job Description

Sr. Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand the
dealer and distributor network
in the assigned territory.
Onboard new channel partners for PVC doors to increase market coverage.
Drive
Project Sales
by meeting and influencing
architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders
.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.
Maintain strong business relationships with channel partners and project influencers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and share insights with management.
Ensure timely payment collection from dealers and clients.
Prepare and submit periodic
sales reports and forecasts
.

Key Skills Required:

Proven experience in
Channel Sales and Project Sales
within
building materials, interior solutions, or hardware industry
.
Ability to
appoint and manage dealers/distributors
effectively.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
.
Familiarity with the local market and strong connect with
architects and contractors
.
Self-driven and target-oriented professional.
