Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling prospective clients, conducting site visits, and closing sales for residential projects, including luxury apartments and villas.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through various channels, including references, online portals, and networking.
• Handle customer inquiries and understand their property requirements.
• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to prospective customers.
• Arrange and conduct site visits for apartments and villas.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales.
• Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and other internal teams.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update lead status.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong convincing and client-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of real estate sales and property markets.
• Ability to generate leads and close deals.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Candidate Requirements

• Any Graduate.
• 1–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.
• Experience in selling residential apartments, villas, or gated community projects will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
