Senior Sales Executive

As a Senior Sales Executive for uPVC Profiles in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling uPVC profiles and related products in the region. Your dynamic and results-driven approach will contribute to driving sales growth and maintaining strong client relationships. In this position, your primary responsibilities will include: - Promoting and selling uPVC profiles and related products in the Anantapur region. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with fabricators, contractors, builders, architects, and dealers. - Generating new leads and converting them into profitable business opportunities. - Conducting product presentations, technical discussions, and customer training. - Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. - Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. - Coordinating with internal teams (logistics, accounts, technical) for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should meet the following key requirements: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of uPVC profiles or building materials. - Possess strong product knowledge of uPVC profiles, windows & doors systems. - Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Have a good network and market knowledge in Anantapur and nearby areas. - Be able to work independently and manage field sales efficiently. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage. - Fluency in Telugu and English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
