Senior Sales Executive/ Area Incharge

As a Sales and Marketing Executive in the publishing industry, your main responsibilities will include conducting daily school visits to establish relationships with teachers, presenting the unique selling points of Madhubun products to subject teachers, distributing samples and ensuring regular follow-ups, maintaining a Daily Sales Report (DSR) and sharing it with the reporting manager, as well as building and updating a database of key decision-makers and schools that have adopted the products. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing book returns, submitting travel allowance (TA) and workshop bills on time, meeting with teachers post-workshops to secure book prescriptions, and distributing teacher support materials to user schools. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university and possess 4-6 years of relevant sales and marketing experience in the publishing industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or a regional language are essential. Being a self-starter with strong persuasion skills, competitor product knowledge, and a presentable, dynamic, and well-mannered demeanor will be key to your success in this role.,
