As a Senior Sales Manager at Logistics Outlook Magazine, you will play a crucial role in achieving and exceeding ad sales targets across print, online, and events. Your responsibilities will include: - Ad Sales Management: - Achieving and exceeding ad sales targets for the print, online, and events of Logistics Outlook Magazine. - Event organization: - Planning and executing profitable B2B Logistics industry events, both physical and online. - Ensuring events are targeted, engaging, and deliver value to participants. - Editorial collaboration: - Providing strategic inputs to the Editor to shape the annual content plans. - Ensuring content aligns with market trends and audience interests. - Digital Initiatives: - Leading the digital initiatives of Logistics Outlook Magazine, including website advertising, promotions, and social media strategy. - Innovating and implementing digital solutions to enhance audience engagement and reach. - Branding and Networking: - Spearheading branding initiatives to position the magazine as the leader in the B2B Logistics Industry space. - Networking extensively with Logistics Industry professionals and associations to build and maintain strong industry relationships. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. - Proven track record in ad sales, event management, and digital marketing, preferably from the logistics industry. - Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently. - Excellent communication and networking abilities. - Willingness to travel within India.
