As a Senior Sales Analytics Specialist at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of sales operations through comprehensive data analysis, valuable insights, and strategic decision support. Working within a multifaceted environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven support for business planning and strategic decision-making by leveraging a deep understanding of the business context. Your key responsibilities will include driving tactical and strategic projects with virtual teams, analyzing complex business problems using internal and external data, defining and tracking metrics and dashboard requirements, and providing strategic decision support to help the team answer critical questions and design new initiatives. You will also be responsible for data validation, creating reports, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. To excel in this role, you will need to have an advanced understanding of data analysis techniques, business sales objectives, market dynamics, and industry trends. Strong collaboration skills, the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies, and excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and coding languages, as well as knowledge of SQL, data security best practices, and ETL processes, will be key to your success. You should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Science or a related field, with relevant sales analytics certifications being desirable. Additionally, you should have demonstrated experience in a sales or marketing function as a data analyst, proficiency in PowerBI and statistical analysis techniques, and a proven track record in creating and optimizing reports that contribute to strategic decision support.
