Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

Role Overview: Auzmor is seeking a Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails) to join their engineering team and work on developing highly scalable REST APIs and designing schemas for Auzmor's flagship product, Auzmor Learn. As a Full Stack Developer, you will have the opportunity to solve challenging problems for an Enterprise LMS product and continuously enhance your skills by testing and improving them. Key Responsibilities: - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code - Possess a strong working knowledge of Ruby, Ruby on Rails, RDBMS, and OOPS concepts - Demonstrate confidence in database design and design patterns - Follow best practices such as test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring, and code standards - Drive the adoption and integration of new technologies into the design Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as a Ruby on Rails developer - Self-motivated, self-managed, and a quick learner - Knowledge of front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JQuery - Experience in developing highly interactive applications - Understanding of object-oriented analysis and design - Passion for writing clean, efficient code - Good knowledge of relational databases - Working knowledge of NoSQL databases - BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Company Details: Auzmor is dedicated to creating better customer experiences with a focus on customer satisfaction.
