Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath and Power Automate (with ability to work on custom automation tool). Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop custom automation tools and solutions leveraging .NET technologies. Participate in the full lifecycle of RPA projects, including requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developers. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA solutions in a timely manner. Continuously monitor and optimize RPA processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols in RPA development. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all RPA solutions. Assist in the operation and maintenance of RPA infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA and automation technologies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of programming languages such as C#, or VB.NET. Advance Certifications with RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Location: Delhi NCR,Bangalore,Chennai,Pune,Kolkata,Ahmedabad,Mumbai,Hyderabad
