Description
Candidate must possess relevant 3 to 5 years hands on experience in RPA tools (preferably UI Path or Automation Anywhere). Strong programming skills in .NET , VB.NET , C# , or Python . Experience in REST/SOAP APIs , SQL , JSON/XML , and Web Services . Familiarity with RPA orchestration tools (e.g., UiPath Orchestrator). Experience in bot lifecycle management, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD. Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and documentation standards. Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and assess feasibility. Design and develop RPA workflows using tools like UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism . Lead end-to-end automation delivery including development, testing, deployment, and support. Create reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to accelerate automation development. Integrate RPA with various enterprise applications (SAP, CRM, APIs, databases, etc.). Collaborate with Business Analysts, Process Owners, and QA teams for requirement gathering and UAT. Provide technical mentorship and code reviews for junior developers. Ensure adherence to best practices in RPA development, security, exception handling, and documentation. Troubleshoot production issues and support bot maintenance activities. Contribute to RPA governance, standards, and process improvements. Certifications. UiPath/Automation Anywhere Advanced Developer Certification. Experience with OCR technologies (e.g., ABBYY, Tesseract). Exposure to AI/ML model integration with RPA. Prior experience in managing a team or leading RPA projects. Experience with cloud-hosted RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath Automation Cloud, AA A2019 Cloud). Please share CV at annu.misra@rsystems.com
