About the role:

Key Responsibilities:RPA Development & Implementation

Qualifications & SkillsMust-Have

4-8 years of total experience, including substantial hands-on RPA development experience with UiPath
Strong programming experience in C#, .NET, VB.NET, Python, or Java
Experience integrating systems using APIs, web services, and databases
Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation
Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and CI/CD concepts.

Nice-to-Have

UiPath Certifications (Advanced RPA Developer or equivalent)
Experience with Document Understanding, AI Center, Process Mining, or other UiPath ecosystem modules
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Experience with OCR tools and machine-learning-based automation
Familiarity with version control (Git, Azure DevOps).

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to lead technical discussions and work independently
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
