Job Description

About the Role:

Senior RFI Analyst

You will also support client audits, cybersecurity assessments, and maintain standardized response content in enterprise repositories.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver accurate and comprehensive responses to Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), RFIs, and
cybersecurity assessments
within deadlines.
Provide clear responses across IT security, risk management, and control domains, supported by external audit/certification reports (ISO 27001, SOC2, etc.).
Coordinate and manage high volumes of requests, work allocation, and daily team response activities.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, technology, and client-facing teams across global locations.
Maintain enterprise systems for response accuracy and consistency.

Skills & Experience:

3-5 years proven experience in responding to
RFI / DDQ / cybersecurity questionnaires
.
Strong understanding of
IT risks, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance controls
.
Knowledge of
ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, NIST, and other security standards
preferred.
Ability to adapt to evolving client/technology/cybersecurity requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with global teams.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
