Job Description

Senior Revit BIM Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

Serve as a senior
Revit
user, demonstrating excellence in drafting and 3D modeling with
AutoCAD
.
Collaborate effectively with team members through excellent verbal and written communication.
Apply a thorough understanding of
ISO 19650 Standards
and other BIM protocols like IFC x COBie.
Use your initiative to complete tasks, organize your workload, and pay close attention to detail.
Be flexible and open to change, adapting to project requirements as needed.
Apply your knowledge of computer systems and applications to all tasks.

Skills Required:

Senior-level proficiency with
Revit
, as well as
AutoCAD, Drafting, and 3D modeling
.
Strong knowledge of the
Autodesk Revit API and related SDKs
.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Persistence, determination, and a strong attention to detail.
The ability to organize your time and workload effectively.
A full understanding of
ISO 19650 Standards, BIM protocols, and IFC x COBie
.
Working experience on agile software development projects is a plus.
Experience with
Dynamo computational design
is a plus.
A background in
Telecom
is an advantage.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Engineering, or Design, or equivalent practical experience.
