Senior Revenue Accountant

As a member of the HV Finance team at Hitachi Vantara in Pune, you will be part of a dynamic and customer-oriented Revenue Performance Organization within the Controllership function. Your primary focus will be on revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards, and collaborating with various teams such as logistics, FP&A, controllership, and audit associates. Your responsibilities will include owning end-to-end revenue processing, cost and balance sheet accounting, reconciliations, preparing manual JV entries, month-end close activities, and maintaining JSOX narratives. You will also be involved in OTC projects, supporting FP&A with revenue-related queries, and utilizing systems like SalesForce CRM, Oracle ERP, Zuora RevPro, and Kimble PSA. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly IFRS15, IFRS16, or ASC606, and have experience with cloud-based applications. A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience and a professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics are required, with additional certifications like CPA/CMA/MBA considered a plus.
