The Role
We are currently seeking a skilled full-time retoucher to join our Mumbai office. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your expertise will directly impact the success of major e-commerce campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
• Retouch product and model imagery to exceptional standards• Meet daily retouching targets while maintaining quality consistency• Collaborate with the team leader to ensure project deadlines are achieved• Perform precise colour matching and correction• Work on high-volume projects across various product categories

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:
• 3+ years of professional retouching experience• Expert-level Adobe Photoshop skills including pen tool, adjustment layers, liquify, masking, and advanced compositing techniques• Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for symmetry and composition• Strong colour theory knowledge and ability to perform accurate colour matching• Proficiency with Wacom pen and tablet

Preferred Qualifications:
• 3D skills are a significant advantage (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar)• Experience with e-commerce and fashion retouching• Understanding of brand guidelines and consistency requirements• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
