Role & responsibilities Retouch high-resolution product images for various platforms (e-commerce, social media, print). Ensure accuracy in color, texture, lighting, and overall quality in line with brand standards. Maintain consistency in retouching style across multiple collections and brands. Manage file naming conventions, version control, and organized folder structures for easy access and archiving. Deliver final files in the correct formats and specifications as briefed. Ensure timely delivery of assets while meeting quality benchmarks and production deadlines. Collaborate remotely with photographers, designers, and the creative team to interpret retouching briefs. Apply advanced Photoshop techniques, including retouching reflective surfaces (metal, gemstones) and occasional on-model skin retouching. Provide regular progress updates and report to the team lead based in Dubai. Stay updated with evolving trends in image editing and explore AI tools and enhancements. Preferred candidate profile 4 - 5 years of hands-on experience in product retouching, ideally in the luxury, fashion, or jewelry sector. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. Working knowledge of Lightroom, Capture One, Adobe Bridge, and related tools. Strong understanding of color correction, lighting dynamics, product materials, and texture. Skilled in retouching reflective surfaces such as metal, diamonds, gemstones, and watch glass. Experience with on-model retouching (skin, fabric, and product placement). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines Excellent communication skills Familiarity with AI-based tools/plugins and willingness to incorporate them into the daily workflow is a strong advantage. Knowledge of 3D and CGI techniques is a plus.

Job Summary: As an Accountant with a focus on GST and TDS Compliances your primary responsibility will be to manage all workings and filings related to GST, TDS and Statutory compliances within the organization. You will ensure accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting of these transactions, while adhering to accounting standards and company policies. Role & responsibilities: 1. GST Compliance: - Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6, GSTR -9) accurately and on time - Ensure GST compliance with laws and regulations - Reconcile GST data with financial records 2. TDS Compliance: - Deduct TDS as per applicable rates and rules - File TDS returns on time and ensure compliance with TDS regulations - Issue TDS certificates to deductees 3. Financial Record-Keeping: - Maintain accurate financial records related to GST and TDS - Reconcile GST and TDS data with financial statements 4. Compliance and Risk Management: - Ensure compliance with GST and TDS laws and regulations - Identify and mitigate risks related to GST and TDS compliance 5. Reporting and Analysis: - Prepare reports on GST and TDS compliance - Analyze GST and TDS data for financial planning and decision-making Preferred candidate profile: Graduate or Post Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proven experience as an accountant with a focus on GST, TDS and Statutory Compliance In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures Proficiency in using accounting software (Tally Prime) and MS Office applications, particularly Excel Attention to detail for accurate compliance and reporting Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
