Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and report on histopathology, cytology, hematology, and clinical pathology cases.
  • Conduct microscopy and slide reporting with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supervise and guide junior residents, interns, and laboratory staff.
  • Participate in academic activities, seminars, and case discussions.
  • Ensure adherence to laboratory quality control and safety protocols.
  • Provide diagnostic support for emergency and on-call pathology services.
  • Maintain medical records and contribute to research/publications (if applicable).

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • MBBS with MD/DNB in Pathology (recognized by NMC).
  • Valid State Medical Council/NMC registration.
  • Fresh postgraduates or up to 3 years post-MD/DNB (as per NMC Senior Resident norms).
  • Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and teaching ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹48,045.99 - ₹148,944.55 per month
