- MD (Anaesthesia) OR DNB (Anaesthesia) — both are accepted for Senior Residency and for later faculty roles.
- Registration: Current state medical council registration (e.g., UP Medical Council / Delhi Medical Council if previously registered).

Required Candidate profile

- ICU skills: invasive monitoring, ventilator management & multi-organ support.- Ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia (nerve blocks)Experience in research / publications.
