Senior Research Scientist

The key responsibilities of this job role involve leading the development and optimization of chemical processes using various flow reactors such as microreactors, tubular reactors, and packed-bed reactors. You will collaborate with synthetic chemists and process engineers to transition batch processes to continuous flow. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and validating process parameters including residence time, flow rates, mixing, pressure, and temperature. Integration of online/inline monitoring tools such as FTIR, UV-Vis, NMR, or HPLC will also be a part of your responsibilities. Ensuring robust data analysis, modeling, and documentation of experiments and findings is crucial for this role.
