Senior Research Investigator

As a Discovery Services professional located in Kolthur Shamirpet, Medchal, TG, IN, 500078, your role involves various responsibilities and tasks: Role Overview: You are responsible for clear individual deliverables, including achieving 30-40 reactions per month, 3-5 CE per month, and 12-15 successful steps per month. Additionally, you are accountable for your team's deliverables, which entail achieving 40-45 reactions per month, more than 4 CE per month, and 12-15 successful steps per month. Your role also includes project planning and execution, such as scheme designing, RM ordering, and meeting on-time delivery targets for both yourself and your team members. Troubleshooting project problem areas, planning work independently, utilizing automation in reactions and purifications, maintaining batch books on time, providing up-to-date analytical reports, and adhering to IP regulations are essential aspects of your responsibilities. Timely product delivery, record completion, addressing technical problems, guiding junior scientists, active participation in technical discussions, and strict adherence to safe working practices, safety protocols, and risk assessment procedures are integral parts of your role.
