Key Result Areas

Role-specific:

Execution of laboratory experiments and documenting them in detail in laboratory notebook and in soft copies.
General lab maintenance and inventory management.
Should be able to draft experimental protocol and getting it reviewed by the team lead.
Execution of DSP of laboratory experiments.
Documenting the experiment in detail in laboratory notebook and in soft copies.
Drafting of reports, protocols, and tech transfer documents.

Education and Experience

Education

Master s degree in Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.

Industry Experience

Minimum 3-6 years of relevant practical experience in downstream process development for biopharmaceuticals, specifically with CHO cell lines for monoclonal antibodies, fusion proteins, etc.
