Senior Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Proposal Development:

  Draft research proposals outlining objectives, methodologies, and analytical frameworks tailored to client needs.

• Survey Design & Execution:

  Design, update, and optimize questionnaires; manage online surveys.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

  Independently analyze large datasets and deliver monthly/quarterly reports in

  Excel

  PowerPoint

  , providing actionable insights.

• Strategic Insights:

  Identify trends, derive key insights, and recommend strategies to enhance brand health and market performance.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  Act as the primary point of contact for clients; manage internal and external communications to ensure seamless project execution.

• Research Planning:

  Develop monthly analysis plans aligning with client objectives and expectations.

• Software & Tools:

  Utilize industry-standard tools such as

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in market research or consumer insights
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in

• Experience with
