Konnifel is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Research Analyst to join our team. This role is open to candidates from all academic backgrounds who have prior experience in research and academia. The ideal candidate should possess strong critical thinking and analytical abilities, work well under pressure, and be good at managing academic communications. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the Head of Research to manage communications between students and professors across all disciplines, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and mutual understanding. Collaborate closely with the Head of Research to support and implement various research initiatives. Work in tandem with the Head of Research to draft and manage formal communication (emails, messages, documentation) with precision and professionalism, maintaining a high standard of academic tone and integrity. Use critical thinking to interpret and align the expectations of both students and professors, balancing academic rigor with logistical feasibility. Maintain comprehensive documentation and records of all interactions, progress, and feedback for ongoing projects, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement. Collaborate with the core team to contribute insights from the academic side into operational and strategic decisions, helping to refine internal processes. Demonstrate the ability of critical thinking and respond effectively in high-stakes or sensitive situations, especially when dealing with diverse academic expectations or timelines. Required Qualifications: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in research, academia, or related academic roles. Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline with a strong academic and research orientation. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in formal academic contexts. Maintain attention to detail and demonstrate proactivity in all communications. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
