Job Description

As a Report Reviewer at Omega Compliance, your role involves timely and carefully reviewing all kinds of social and CT PAT audit reports, audit information, or evidence obtained on-site. You will effectively communicate with auditors to address doubts or inconsistencies observed in the audit reports. Additionally, you will provide support in reviewing other regional (South Asia) audit reports. Key Responsibilities: - Verify and modify all types of audit reports, including findings judgement, quote of law requirements/client's requirements, wording, grammar errors, incorrect sentences, and irrational findings. Ensure that audit reports are of high quality before providing them to clients. - Monitor auditors to ensure timely submission of reports. Publish and upload all audit reports to the internal system within the required timeline. - Organize training sessions on reporting based on client requirements and Company guidelines. Prepare audit examples or efficient audit tools for Auditors when necessary. - Analyze and summarize critical issues in audit reports and data. Provide timely revision recommendations to Auditors to enhance the quality of audit reports. - Record the quality of audit reports, mark them in the tracking report, and submit them promptly to help managers and training managers for further actions. - Assist in collecting and summarizing relevant audit information and provide timely feedback to Supervisor, HK, or clients as needed. Qualifications Required: - Highly integrity and honest performer. - Minimum of 2 years of report reviewing experience preferred. - 1 to 2 years of social compliance and security audit/assessment experience, with on-site audit experience being an added bonus. - APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) or any other technical certificate is a bonus. - APSCA Registered Auditor (RA) will also be considered as an additional qualification. - Familiarity with local labor law, health, and safety regulations preferred. - Ability and willingness to conduct audits when necessary, along with report reviewing, will be prioritized. - Proactive personality, attention to detail, analytical, and logical thinking. - Good command of English, excellent in reading and writing. - Limited travel required. - Minimum qualification: graduation.,
