 Senior Relationship Executive - GL North West 
 About The Role  
As a Senior Relationship Executive - GL North West, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing a portfolio of key client relationships within the North West region. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction in line with company objectives. This role requires a strategic approach to relationship management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the financial services sector.  Key Responsibilities 
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of high-value clients within the North West region, ensuring strong and enduring professional relationships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, providing tailored solutions to meet their business needs and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling company products and services to maximise revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess satisfaction, anticipate requirements, and address issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including product, credit, and operations teams, to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the region to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
  • Prepare and present reports on client activity, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices throughout all client interactions.
  • Mentor and support junior relationship executives, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster team development.

  •  Qualifications & Experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in relationship management, preferably within the financial services or banking sector.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a client portfolio in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse client groups.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the North West region as required.
