Senior Regional Manager - Branch Banking

Role Overview: As a Senior Regional Manager in Branch Banking at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will play a critical role in managing the Bancassurance partnership with Yes Bank within the Kolkata region. Your responsibilities will include overseeing sales, operations, and performance while leading a team to achieve sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will drive growth, expand market share, and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the region. Additionally, you will identify sales opportunities within Yes Bank and provide updates on competitors and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for managing the Bancassurance partnership with Yes Bank - Engage with regional and branch managers at Yes Bank and maintain relationships with key team members - Lead a team of Sales Executives and monitor their activities to ensure lead generation - Increase insurance awareness and product penetration among Yes Bank's customers and staff - Suggest incentives for employees providing prospect leads and identify customer touch-points for insurance sales - Provide accurate competitor updates and best practices Qualification Required: - Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline - Good communication skills in English and regional language preferred - Age group: 35-45 years - Own conveyance preferred - 10-12 years of overall experience in sales, with 6-8 years in life insurance sales management, retail bank distribution, and channel management or DSA relationship Note: Axis Max Life Insurance, a Joint Venture between Max Financial Services Limited and Axis Bank Limited, offers comprehensive life insurance solutions through various distribution channels.
