1. Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, process management, and onboarding across functions within the organization.
2. Partner with stakeholders on various talent requirements to ensure timely delivery and a strong pipeline of quality candidates.3. Operate independently and collaboratively alongside the teammates to scale hiring.4. Well-versed with latest hiring platforms, technologies and systems.
a) 5-10 years of hands-on, end-to-end recruitment experience in fast-paced environment
b) Comfortable managing stakeholder relationships and parallel recruitment channels.c) Must be result-driven with experience in startups or fast-growing tech companies preferred.
