Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

* Manage the Record to Report (R2R) process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
* Lead a team of R2R professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to intercompany reconciliations.
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Desired Candidate Profile

* 15-23 years of experience in Record To Report R2R, Transformation Management, Intercompany Reconciliation, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
* Proven track record in managing teams and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Experience of managing 50+ team members .
