Role Overview:

Senior React.js UI Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain
responsive, reusable, and scalable React.js components
.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality code.
Optimize application performance for
maximum speed and scalability
.
Integrate RESTful APIs/GraphQL services into the UI.
Lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
Stay updated with the latest React.js, JavaScript, and UI/UX trends.
Ensure adherence to
coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines
.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5-8+ years
of professional experience in front-end/UI development.
Strong proficiency in
React.js, Redux (or other state management libraries)
, and modern ES6+ JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with
TypeScript
and
Next.js
(preferred).
Strong understanding of
HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI
.
Knowledge of
UI performance optimization techniques
.
Experience in
unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library)
.
Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines, Git, Agile methodologies
.
Good understanding of
cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design
.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Ability to
work independently and lead small teams
.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for
clean, maintainable code and great user experiences
.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with
micro frontends
and
server-side rendering (SSR)
.
Exposure to
cloud platforms (Azure)
.
Understanding of
containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
.
Familiarity with
design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
.
