The Role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll be part of a small team of frontend leads, architecting agentic systems where AI generates UI variations in parallel, while enabling non-engineers to contribute safely. This is a high-agency position focused on shipping React/Next.js features daily, reviewing code from humans and AI, and optimising workflows for scale.

What You'll Do

- Build agentic workflows with multiple AI agents generating React components and UI experiments in parallel.

- Ship production-ready React/Next.js features daily to 100,000+ creators, handling SSR/ISR/CSR trade-offs at scale.

- Enable team velocity by training designers and PMs on safe AI workflows and best practices.

- Review PRs from humans and AI agents, coaching on quality and optimising our Claude Code workflows.

- Assign overnight tasks to AI agents, reviewing outputs each morning to accelerate experiments, optimisation, and coverage.

- Architect apps for 100K+ concurrent users, ensuring high Lighthouse scores and accessibility.

- Deploy Next.js on non-Vercel infrastructure, incorporating AI tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot.

- Leverage AI daily to enhance code generation, mobile optimisation, and overall frontend innovation.

What You Bring (Non-Negotiables)

- 5-10 years of deep React mastery (fiber architecture, reconciliation, rendersnot just hooks).

- Real production experience with Next.js at scale, including SSR/ISR and TypeScript fluency.

- Track record shipping B2C products with 50K+ active users where performance mattered.

- Experience deploying Next.js beyond Vercel and comfort with AI code generation tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0).

- Excitement about agentic workflows and enabling non-engineers to push code safely.

- Currently based in Bangalore with a short and reasonable commute to Koramangalaready to start within 30 days (no relocations).
