Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experience Level: 7 to 10 years of relevant frontend development experience, ideally having worked in enterprise-grade React applications.
2. Core Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with

   React.js

   (functional components, hooks) and modern frontend architecture.
3. State Management: Practical experience with Zustand (preferred) or similar lightweight state-management libraries.
4. Authentication & Authorization: Exposure to Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) or other OIDC/OAuth2-based authentication flows
1. should understand token-based authentication and JWT usage for backend API calls.
5. API Integration: Ability to work with secured REST APIs, handle JWT tokens, manage response/error flows, and integrate backend services efficiently.
6. UI/UX Understanding: Good grasp of Tailwind CSS / modern UI frameworks and building responsive, accessible interfaces.
7. Code Quality & Performance: Strong focus on clean code, component reusability, linting, optimization, and adherence to best practices.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with TypeScript and React Query / SWR for data fetching.
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows and version control (Git, Bitbucket)
• Exposure to cloud environments (Azure preferred).
