As a Senior ReactJS Developer with more than 5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in leading complex web application projects using React.js and Next.js. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, development, and deployment of web applications, ensuring high standards of code quality and team efficiency. - Providing technical leadership and mentorship to front-end developers, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement. - Driving project planning, execution, and delivery within scope and to required quality standards. - Collaborating with product owners, designers, and back-end developers to define requirements and integrate solutions seamlessly. - Conducting code reviews, establishing coding standards, and promoting modular and reusable component architectures. - Designing and implementing efficient data fetching strategies using GraphQL and React Query. - Implementing real-time communication features using WebSockets or similar technologies. - Identifying and mitigating technical risks and challenges throughout project lifecycle. - Staying updated with latest trends and technologies in React and front-end ecosystem. **Required Technical Skills:** - Deep expertise in React.js and Next.js. - Proficiency in state management with Redux (Redux Toolkit is a plus) and/or Zustand. - Mastery of core JavaScript concepts, including ES6+ features. - Comprehensive understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development practices. - Proven experience in designing and implementing reusable UI components. - Strong proficiency with CSS frameworks, particularly Tailwind CSS. - Experience with GraphQL for efficient data fetching. - Hands-on experience with WebSockets for real-time communication. - Expertise in React Query for managing server state. - Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools. - Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows. **Required Project Management & Leadership Skills:** - Demonstrated ability to lead development projects and manage progress. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach. - Experience in mentoring junior and mid-level developers. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. **Nice-to-Have Skills:** - Experience with testing frameworks, TypeScript, and cloud platforms. - Familiarity with GraphQL Subscriptions for real-time updates.,
