As a highly skilled and experienced Senior React Lead with strong Project Management capabilities, your role will involve leading the design, development, and deployment of complex web applications using React.js and Next.js. You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of front-end developers, drive project planning and execution, collaborate closely with product owners and back-end developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure the adoption of modular and reusable component architectures. Additionally, you will design and implement efficient data fetching strategies using GraphQL and React Query, as well as implement real-time communication features using WebSockets or similar technologies. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges while staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the React and broader front-end ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex web applications using React.js and Next.js. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of front-end developers. - Drive project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring high-quality standards are met. - Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and back-end developers. - Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and promote modular and reusable component architectures. - Design and implement efficient data fetching strategies using GraphQL and React Query. - Implement real-time communication features using WebSockets or similar technologies. - Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the React and broader front-end ecosystem. **Required Qualifications:** - Deep expertise in React.js and Next.js. - Proficiency in state management, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development practices. - Experience with component architecture, styling frameworks, GraphQL, real-time communication, and data fetching & caching. - Familiarity with build tools, version control, project management, leadership skills, and Agile methodologies.
