Senior React Developer / Front-End Technical Lead

As a Senior React Developer / Front-End Technical Lead, your role will involve leading the design, development, and implementation of modern, scalable, and responsive React-based web applications. You will define and enforce front-end architecture standards, code quality, and development best practices across teams. Collaboration with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product managers is essential to deliver seamless, user-centric solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting technical interviews, mentoring mid-level developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable front-end solutions using React.js. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of modern, scalable, and responsive React-based web applications. - Define and enforce front-end architecture standards, code quality, and development best practices across teams. - Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless, user-centric solutions. - Conduct technical interviews and assessments for mid-level and junior React developers, ensuring alignment with organizational skill standards. - Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and hands-on training. - Oversee performance optimization, security, and maintainability of front-end applications. - Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile development processes to ensure timely project delivery. - Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and proactively introduce improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 15-20 years of total software development experience, with at least 8+ years of hands-on experience in React.js. - Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. - Strong expertise in React Hooks, Context API, Redux, and component-based architecture. - Experience working with Next.js, Webpack, Vite, or similar front-end build tools. - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous data handling. - Hands-on experience with unit testing and automation using tools such as Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library. - Proven track record in leading front-end teams, conducting technical interviews, and mentoring developers. - Familiarity with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Familiarity with UI libraries/frameworks such as Material UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS. - Exposure to front-end architecture design, performance tuning, and security optimization. - Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with distributed teams.,
