• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 9-12 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 4+ years work experience in the Connector Industry.
• Expert in design and development of Sheetmetal and Plastic products, with working knowledge in CREO.
• Deep knowledge of associated manufacturing processes (moulding, stamping, and assembly) and industry specifications (UL, CSA, IEC, EIA).
• Designing and developing cost-effective connector products.
• Managing new product development (NPD) projects, including concept generation, validation, and detailed design using CREO software.
• Executing sustaining activities for existing products, such as addressing customer queries, field failures, and managing changes in Windchill.
• Ensuring products meet agency approval requirements (UL, CSA, VDE).
