Candidate & Job Profile: -

The incumbent should be Chemical or Polymer Engineer/M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry/ Polymer Science from reputed university/Institute with excellent academic background.
He should have 5 - 7-year post qualification working experience in R & D department out of which 2-3 years experience in leading team of R & D associates of Reputed & well-known Epoxy resins manufacturing/processing/ formulation plant or Chemical manufacturing plant preferably in Process Technology and R & D department.
He must have Exposure in Chemical Synthesis, conducting Research & Development work of Chemical/Epoxy Resins including Composite Materials or Epoxy Resin formulation, Paint & Industrial Coating, Powder Coating Plant.
Incumbent should have exposure to provide technical support to Sales & Marketing department & technical discussion with the customers for various application & trouble shoot while processing Epoxy, Hardner & composite material at customers end & ready to travel Pan India basis without any restrictions.
Incumbent should have good knowledge of process engineering & well worse with all major R & D Lab equipment handling of Epoxy processing & coating.
Incumbent should have good knowledge to collaborate/Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Production, QC-QA, Sales & Mktg. & others.
