Job Description:
1. Provide direction to a quality team for accountability and continuous improvement.
2. Design and implement quality assurance strategies, processes, and control plans to guarantee product excellence.
3. Optimize processes and practices through collaboration with other departments to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
4. Analyze non-conformance trends and lead the development and execution of corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
5. Ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures. Monitor daily operations and prepare detailed reports on quality performance for management.
