Job Description

As a Senior Quality Engineer at Mastercard Data & Services, you will play a crucial role in the technical test lead position, focusing on driving Quality and implementing test approaches, automation improvements, and monitoring in the development cycle. Your responsibilities will include Requirements Analysis, creation and maintenance of test data assets, development and execution of manual exploratory tests, and automated tests for APIs and GUIs. Collaborating closely with development teams, you will enhance software development processes and automate test and release processes, making Quality an integral part of the development process. Key Responsibilities: - Play a crucial part in a technical test lead role to drive Quality and implement test approaches - Undertake Requirements Analysis and identify business scenarios and user stories for test scenarios - Create, manage, and maintain test data assets - Develop and execute manual exploratory tests and automated tests for APIs and GUIs - Collaborate with development teams to enhance software development processes - Partner with developers to improve and automate test and release processes - Make Quality an integral part of the development process Qualifications Required: - Solid professional software testing experience in complex distributed systems - Proven experience in creating and maintaining data-driven automated testing for distributed systems - Strong expertise in using Selenium Web Driver (Java 11-17) for automated GUI testing - Experience in Test or Behaviour Driven Development - Experience using TestNG, Maven, and ANT build tools - Experience in executing test suites for Stress & load tests using Gatling tool with Scala - Hands-on experience with version control tools such as Subversion and GIT - Excellent communication skills, written and verbal In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, agile environment as a Senior Quality Engineer at Mastercard Data & Services.
