Senior Quality Control (QC) Manager

You are urgently required at the backend office of a Health Verification Agency IMES. As a Health Claim Verification QC Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the accuracy and quality of health insurance claims processing and customer service. Your role will involve developing and implementing quality control policies, collaborating with various teams to enhance efficiency, and identifying areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures for claims processing. - Collaborate with claims processing and customer service teams to enhance quality and efficiency. - Provide training and support to staff regarding quality control procedures and best practices. - Ensure Turnaround Time (TAT) control. Requirements: - Possess a relevant degree in a Medical Background such as BSc Forensic, MSc/BSc Microbiology, MSc/BSc Biotechnology. - Demonstrated experience in quality control management, ideally in the health insurance sector. - Strong understanding of health insurance industry regulations and standards. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a QC Manager. Salary: - Salary range: 35000-45000/ Negotiable based on the last CTC. Working Schedule: - Monday to Saturday (6 days working), with Sundays off. Additional Skills: - Proficient in Medical Terminology and Computer knowledge. - Language proficiency in Hindi, Punjabi, and English.
