Back At BCE Global Tech we are on a mission to modernize global connectivity, one connection at a time We aim to build the highway to the future of communications, media and entertainment, determined to emerge as a powerhouse within the technology landscape in India team in Bengaluru We bring ambitions to life through design thinking that bridges the gaps between people, devices and beyond, fostering unprecedented customer satisfaction through technology Our core values support a customer-centric approach and the harnessing of cutting-edge technology to provide business outcomes with positive societal impact Guided by innovation and a commitment to progress, were shaping a brighter future for the generations of today and tomorrow If you would like to be a part of a team of thought-leaders pioneering advancements in 5G, MEC, IoT and cloud-native architecture, wed love to hear from you We are looking for an Intermediate Software Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of high-performance applications Responsible for Design, develop, and maintaining automated test frameworks, scripts, and test cases for various software applications and systems Collaborate with software developers to understand functional and non-functional requirements, identify testable scenarios, and create comprehensive test plans Execute automated tests suites across different environments, including but not limited to, development, staging, and production Key Responsibilities Proven experience in automated testing, including hands-on experience with industry-standard testing tools and frameworks (e g , Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG) Proficiency in various programming languages, such as Python, Java, Golang, Javascript for developing and maintaining automated test scripts Experience with performance testing tools, such as JMeter or LoadRunner, is highly desirable (not mandatory but very desired) Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and testing concepts (test planning, test design, test execution, test reporting) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and diagnose software defects Analyze test results, identify defects, and report issues to the development team for timely resolution Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process, identifying areas for automation and optimization Work closely with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the software development lifecycle Stay up to date with the latest advancements in automated testing tools, technologies, and best practices Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive test automation framework Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability Proactively identify potential risks and issues related to software quality and propose mitigation strategies Skills Strong communication and leadership skills for guiding people through the IA journey Background in software delivery People management/Team lead (5+ years) Project management skills Can plan, coordinate and drive a successful RPA vision Experience with agile methodology Great communication skills Strong written communication skills to articulate business processes and automated solution designs clearly Ability to conceptualize and grasp automation tools and solutions Autonomous (low supervision) Risk or fraud related experience (nice to have) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork abilities Competitive salaries and comprehensive health benefits Flexible work hours and remote work options Professional development and training opportunities A supportive and inclusive work environment Access to cutting-edge technology and tools
